Bio
Tristan Espinosa is a Managing Attorney at Reese Law Group, where he represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, with a primary focus on plaintiff’s subrogation, commercial collections, and contractor’s license bond litigation. Known for his strategic approach and practical problem-solving skills, Mr. Espinosa works closely with clients to efficiently resolve disputes while maximizing recoveries and controlling litigation costs.
Mr. Espinosa earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Arizona in 2013 and received his Juris Doctor from Chapman University School of Law in 2016, graduating cum laude. While at Chapman, he served as an editor of the Chapman Law Review and was recognized for his legal writing excellence with the prestigious Order of Scribes Award in 2016. He is also a published legal author, having contributed to the Chapman Law Review.
Prior to joining Reese Law Group, Mr. Espinosa practiced in the areas of construction law, suretyship, mechanics lien enforcement, and insurance defense. This diverse litigation background provides him with valuable insight into both plaintiff and defense perspectives, enabling him to develop effective strategies for achieving favorable outcomes for his clients.
As a Managing Attorney, Mr. Espinosa oversees litigation matters from inception through resolution, including pre-suit investigation, motion practice, discovery, settlement negotiations, and trial. Through thorough preparation, attention to detail, and astute legal analysis, he consistently identifies practical solutions to complex legal issues and delivers results-driven representation.
