Founded by a young and ambitious attorney seeking to determine his place in San Diego’s legal community, Harlan Reese opened the doors of Reese Law Group. The firm’s focus at that time was service to the automobile finance industry including the collection of deficiency balances, replevin, creditor representation in bankruptcy and defense work.
