Michael D. Schoeck, Esq.

Michael D. Schoeck is a Supervising Attorney at Reese Law Group, handling all aspects of subrogation litigation. Mr. Schoeck has been working in the subrogation arena continuously since 2012, and exclusively since 2017, litigating, arbitrating, and mediating a wide variety of subrogation claims, including complex large loss property claims, government entity claims, and claims for contribution and/or indemnity.  Mr. Schoeck has eagerly applied and shared his knowledge toward maximizing recoveries in his role at Reese Law Group, with an express goal of growing client satisfaction in the process. Since joining Reese Law Group in 2018, Mr. Schoeck has been instrumental in facilitating fast-paced growth with subrogation recoveries in his department.

Mr. Schoeck graduated cum laude from the University of California, San Diego, where he received his bachelor’s degree in History and in International Studies-Political Science. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra University School of Law. He has been a member of the California State Bar since 2011 and since then he has litigated hundreds of state cases throughout California from inception to settlement or trial, covering a broad range of legal issues, specializing in subrogation and personal injury. During law school, Mr. Schoeck secured a position as a law clerk at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office. Mr. Schoeck is also licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and the District of Columbia. Mr. Schoeck has been a member of the American Bar Association and several regional bar associations, where he has proudly mentored local law students. Mr. Schoeck also manages many of the firm’s community relationships, including with the San Diego Chamber of Commerce, and builds lasting business relationships with attention and integrity.
